MORE than 200 people had fun at the City of Casey's first All Abilities Sports Carnival at Casey Fields last Thursday.

Casey's leisure and recreation manager Richard Amon said the carnival was a great day for people of all abilities to enjoy a wide range of sports such as soccer, tennis, football, cricket and lawn bowls.

More than 50 volunteers helped out, including support workers, carers and representatives from local sports clubs and state sporting associations.

The event coincided with the International Day of People with a Disability.
