AN elderly woman was dragged across a driveway during an armed robbery in Berwick on January 18.
Police said a man armed with an unknown weapon allegedly covered his face and grabbed the handbag of the woman, aged in her 70s, at 4.30am.
He dragged the woman across a driveway in William Street as she attempted to hold onto the bag, but eventually stole the handbag and was last seen travelling in a grey vehicle south on William Street towards Princes Highway.
The woman sustained minor injuries.
