Petrol theft, burglary linked

07 Feb, 2012 12:00 AM
Two men who stole petrol from a service station in Hampton Park last week are also suspected of being involved in an attempted burglary in Narre Warren. The two men drove off from a Foodies store in Ormond Road without paying in a red Holden Commodore VR or VS with no numberplates at 5.30pm on January 30. Police say they want to question the men over an attempted burglary in Kenton Walk earlier that day. Details: Senior Detective Mick Harris, 97053111.
