 Mayoral greetings

Mayoral greetings

18 Dec, 2007 08:21 AM
ON behalf of Cardinia Council, I would like to take this opportunity to wish all residents a safe and happy Christmas.

The festive season is a chance to take time to reflect on the achievements of the past year and to look forward to the future.

Over the past year, council has again proven itself to be responsive to the wishes of the community and is working hard to foster strong partnerships with the people we represent.

We will continue our work on behalf of residents and ratepayers to ensure the wellbeing and success of everyone who lives and works in Cardinia.

Christmas is about caring and supporting our family, friends and the wider community.

On behalf of my fellow councillors, I wish you all an enjoyable festive season, with just the right amount of celebration.

Remember to take extra care on the roads.

I look forward to the council and the community continuing to work together in 2008 as we strive to build a stronger, better shire for all to live, work and enjoy.

This year has been a busy one, and we have plenty to look forward to in 2008.

Cr Bill Ronald,

Cardinia Mayor
