WHAT better way to get into the Christmas spirit than a day out with the crooners of the past the present.

Veteren entertainer Issi Dye will bring the sounds of the 'rat pack' to the Cardinia Cultural Centre for the last Morning Melodies show of the year.

"For Christmas we wanted to put on a special show," Issi says.

"There will be songs from Bing Crosby, Frank Sinatra, Perry Como, Michael Buble, Bobby Darin plus all your favourite Christmas

carols.

"The idea is really to celebrate the Christmas spirit and these guys over the years have all sung something to do with Christmas.

"So we'll not only be doing their hit songs but also their Christmas songs."

Christmas Crooners is on at 11am, December 3 at the Cardinia Cultural Centre. Tickets: $13.50, (price includes scones with jam and cream, served from 10am). Bookings: 1300887624 or www.cardiniaculturalcentre.com.au
