Hole-in-one wins Subaru

30 Jan, 2008 02:09 PM
SOUTH East Palliative Care is urging businesses to get behind its Charity Golf Day next month.

One lucky golfer could even take home a new Subaru if they can pull off a hole-in-one.

SEPC is a community-based health care service that offers round-the-clock in-home care to people with a terminal illness.

Chief executive officer Mark Cockayne said the fund-raising event would allow the organisation to better meet the ever-increasing need for the service.

The event will be held at the Sandhurst Golf Club on Monday, March 3.

There are individual, team and corporate registrations available, ranging from $150 to $1000.

To make the day even more interesting, Subaru is sponsoring a `Hole-in-One' competition.

If a registered participant hits a

hole-in-one on the nominated hole, they will drive away in a new Subaru Impreza valued at $29,000.

The event is sponsored by Castello's Hotel Group, Trios Tabaret of Cranbourne and Subaru Melbourne.

For bookings, call SEPC on 59911300 or email mfc@sepallcare.org.au
