Casey residents have been invited to submit questions for a forum on the future of the Hallam bypass and public transport in Melbourne's outer south-east.
Casey and Cardinia councils are hosting the forum, which will be attended by state and federal MPs and representatives of VicRoads and the state Department of Transport.
