FROM rev-heads to animal lovers and everything in between, everyone will find something to enjoy at this year's Berwick Show.
Despite early indications that all horse activities would be cancelled due to the equine flu outbreak, some events have remained.
Show secretary Mike Vallence says the lifting of the ban on horse events on February 1 allowed time to organise limited horse and pony events.
"It is an important part of the show, and we always want to retain the historic primary industries part of the show even though they are not as big as 20 to 30 years ago.
"So this year we will run with limited horse events."
On Saturday night, there will be Friesian horses and miniature horse events and on Sunday, the local pony club and miniature ponies will compete.
For the children, Channel Ten group ROCK IT! will perform on the main stage at 1pm on Saturday.
The show follows the adventures of three friends, Comet, Asteroid and Jack, who are accidentally launched into outer space after discovering an old rocket ship.
ROCK IT! member Gian Christian says he is excited to be part of the show after such a successful year.
"We couldn't have asked for a better response to ROCK IT!
We are constantly overwhelmed by the hundreds of letters and emails we receive from kids, parents and teachers who have fallen in love with the show, and now we hope to transport that success overseas."
Dina McPherson agrees.
She says meeting fans is the best part of performing.
"Seeing their smiling faces as they dance and sing along with us is just fantastic.
"Every day I think how lucky I am," she says.
For the older children, the Empire FMX riders will captivate audiences in the main arena with hair-raising stunts more than 30 metres in the air. Samson the Monster truck will roar into the main arena on Saturday and Sunday. Other highlights include an animal nursery, wood chopping, cow and goat milking, sheep and alpaca shearing, carnival rides, side shows, show bags, live bands, highland dancing, show jumping and a fireworks display on the Saturday night.
